About the game
Aniimo is a free-to-play, open-world creature-collecting action RPG from Pawprint Studio. Players explore the continent of Idyll, capture creatures called Aniimo, evolve them, and use the Twine system to take on their abilities for exploration, puzzles and combat.
The game is planned for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, iOS and Android. The official website currently offers pre-registration across the major PC, console and mobile storefronts.
Release
The PlayStation and Xbox stores confirm that Aniimo launches as a free-to-play title on September 16, 2026. Mobile versions are also confirmed, although storefront timing is currently inconsistent and is tracked separately in our release coverage.
