Neverness to Everness Version 1.3 “Rising from the Moonlit Fog” added six new Anomaly Commissions to Duskmoor. Most are short, but several are easy to miss because they depend on the in-game time or require a specific interaction before the fight starts.
This guide covers all six locations and their clear conditions. If you prefer a full video walkthrough, the complete route is embedded below.

NTE 1.3 — All 6 Duskmoor Anomaly Commissions
All 6 Duskmoor Anomaly Commissions
| Commission | Where to look | What you need to do |
|---|---|---|
| Twin Blooms | Northwest of Teardrop Lake | Defeat all three Anomaly packs |
| Lantern Parade | Near the gas station on Kaplan Road | Follow the shadow between lamps, then defeat the Anomaly |
| Storybook Skirmish | Foliage Row | Defeat all enemies in the marked area |
| Finale: Da Capo | Small house in northern Duskmoor | Contain the pair, take the ring, then defeat the returning Anomaly |
| Fawn Alone | Northeast of Duskmoor Wertheimer Tower | Appear at night; follow the fawn until the commission resolves |
| Sunken Door | Center of Teardrop Lake | Defeat the Mirror Wraith |
Twin Blooms
Twin Blooms is found northwest of Teardrop Lake. Once you enter the marked area, look for all three groups of Anomaly enemies and clear every pack.
The most common reason the commission appears unfinished is that one of the three groups is still alive somewhere inside the search area, so check the whole zone before leaving.
Lantern Parade
Head to the gas station on Kaplan Road and switch the in-game clock to night. 21:00 is a safe working time if the commission is not appearing.
Interact with the nearby lamp, then follow the moving shadow to the next light. Keep turning on the lamps it stops beneath. The route eventually leads behind the station and toward the tunnel, where the sequence ends in a fight.
Defeat the spawned Anomaly to complete the commission.
Storybook Skirmish
Storybook Skirmish is one of the simplest Duskmoor commissions.
Travel to Foliage Row, northeast of Teardrop Lake, enter the anomaly area, and defeat every enemy that engages you. There is no special puzzle or time requirement.
Finale: Da Capo
Travel to the small house in northern Duskmoor, near Raccoon Mountain Road. Inside, you will find two Anomalies.
Approach them and use the Contain interaction. Wait for them to disappear, then pick up the ring on the table.
Nothing happens immediately — stay inside the room. The Anomaly returns after a short wait. Defeat it to finish Finale: Da Capo.
Fawn Alone
Fawn Alone is the commission most players miss because it is tied to the in-game clock.
Go to the intersection northeast of Duskmoor Wertheimer Tower and set the time to 23:00–00:00. The fawn appears near the road once the time condition is active.
Follow it across the area. If you lose sight of it, look for the sparkling trail it leaves behind. Continue following until the route reaches its end and the commission resolves.
Sunken Door
Sunken Door begins in the center of Teardrop Lake.
Reach the anomaly point and fight the Mirror Wraith. The boss mirrors your active character, so a straightforward strong damage dealer can make the encounter easier than constantly rotating your full team.
Defeat the boss to complete the commission.
What you get for clearing all six
Each clear contributes to Duskmoor exploration progress in addition to the normal Anomaly Commission rewards.
If a commission does not show as completed after the encounter, reopen the Anomaly Commission list and check its state. The most common issues are:
- one Twin Blooms pack is still alive;
- Fawn Alone was not followed to the end;
- the ring in Finale: Da Capo was not picked up;
- Lantern Parade was attempted at the wrong time of day.
Once all six are finished, you can move on to the rest of Version 1.3’s Duskmoor exploration content.
