Roco Kingdom has announced a four-week series of weekly UGC (user-generated content) events for creators coinciding with the start of its Closed Beta Test, dubbed the Quack Quack Test.
Running alongside the test starting on October 27, 2026, the campaign gives creators, streamers and community members an official way to share their in-game discoveries while earning cash rewards from a total $2,000 prize pool ($500 allocated each week).
The initiative is open to multiple social video and social media platforms, with Week 1 officially underway under the banner "Discover Little Wonders of Carosia."
Week 1 theme: Jini behavior and ecology
The opening week calls upon players and creators acting as "Jiniologists" to explore Carosia's ecosystem and document the creatures inhabiting it:
- Resting habits: Observing where different Jinies choose to sleep, nest or relax;
- Social dynamics: How Jinies interact with one another in the wild;
- Environmental responses: How weather shifts, day-night cycles and biomes influence creature behavior.
Creators are encouraged to capture and publish these ecological details across their preferred social channels.
Prize pool and reward structure
The event runs weekly with distinct reward caps and criteria:
- Weekly prize pool: $500 per week across 4 event weeks ($2,000 total);
- Reward rate: $10 per qualifying submission;
- Submission limit: Up to 2 rewarded submissions per creator per week (maximum $20 weekly payout per participant).
Platform eligibility and performance requirements
Submissions are accepted from five major platforms, provided the published post or video reaches its required performance threshold:
| Platform | Minimum performance requirement |
|---|---|
| YouTube | 1,000 views |
| TikTok | 2,000 views |
| X (Twitter) | 20 likes |

Content must meet these baseline engagement metrics before being submitted for review.
How to enter and submit content
The submission workflow involves two primary steps:
- Publish content: Post your original video, clip or social post on YouTube, TikTok, X, Instagram or Facebook, ensuring it meets the required view or like threshold.

Closed Beta launch and release status
The UGC campaign directly supports the game's Quack Quack Test, the closed beta kicking off on October 27, 2026.
While this test marks the first hands-on public milestone for players and content creators across supported platforms, Tencent Games has not yet announced a final global release date for Roco Kingdom.
